Join us for the annual 2024 OKAEYC Early Childhood Conference, where we invite you to renew, reimagine, and rekindle your passion for leadership in the field. This year's theme, "How Full Is Your Bucket?", draws inspiration from the impactful works of Tom Rath, Donald O. Clifton, Mary Reckmeyer, and Tom Rath.
Led by Dawn Keller, Director of School Counseling at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, this conference delves into the profound concepts of emotional well-being, positivity, and community-building within early childhood education. With experience ranging from childcare provider to school counselor, Dawn is dedicated to supporting educators in their noble work with children.
Through honesty, authenticity, and engaging storytelling, Dawn will share strategies to bolster personal well-being and foster social-emotional development in young children. Join us as we explore new ways to fill our buckets and strengthen our communities in early childhood settings.
